The headphones arrived with only one headphone working. After reading the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one this has happened to. If you call their help number you get an error message saying all circuits are busy. So I went online and filled out a warranty claim. They said they'd send me a replacement pair immediately...hopefully the second pair will work. So far I'm obviously unimpressed.

these earbuds have great sound. however, they will not stay in my ears! I have tried all of the included adapters, but none of them help. I loop the cord over the top of my ear and then into my ear canal so they don't fall off completely when they pop out of my ear. At least they stay in a bit better than the standard iPhone earbuds. The sound carries enough that I can still kind of hear them when they fall out and dangle near my ear canal.
The cord seems pretty strong, though it took a while to get used to the sound conductivity (the cord itself conducts sound into my ears from things like bumping against my chest when I walk or run, rubbing against my shirt, etc.
The earbuds do NOT have a volume control - you must use the control on the phone.
Microphone seems to work fine - people can hear me without much distortion.

I liked the ear buds, but they aren't durable. The customer service at Jlabs is very nice. They've replaced my ear buds more than once. I'm just tired of them breaking. I'm going to try to return them to Amazon before I ask Jlabs for another set of replacement ear buds. One of the ear buds has stopped working on each pair of ear buds they've sent. They keep assuring me that this is an isolated problem, but this is getting ridiculous. I would not recommend these ear buds to anyone unless they only intend to use them for a short period of time or they don't mind bugging Jlabs for a new pair every couple of months for a year.
Don't Buy for Droid X (Or if you want responsive Customer Service) September 7, 2010

The call buttons and media buttons do not work for Motorola Droid X. I tried looking for a fix and emailed the company asking for a solution. The auto response said 24 hours or less but 4 days later no response. I tried again and still no response. I am going back to SkullCandy because I know that their customer service will actually be there when I have a problem.
Side note, the headphones sound decent but are relatively uncomfortable. Feels like low quality materials and I have heard other people complaining they break easily.

They were great for the first couple of weeks...... Then one day I head out for a walk and there is a short in the left ear, so back to Amazon for an exchange. The new set showed up with a short in the microphone right out of the box. Back to Amazon again this time for a refund =(
