Good workout while having fun! January 7, 2009 Got the game for $[...] shipped. Well worth it. Some of the "events" are a little hard to understand but overall it's a great game to play with a big group.
Great fun January 6, 2009 My seven and ten year old children both love this game. They have both had a hard time doing the snowboarding game but have really enjoyed the others. My daughter breaks a sweat every time so it is a nice way to get in some exercise. I would recommen this for all. The mat is large but not an issue at all.
outdoor challenge January 6, 2009 I got this game because it looked like a nice active version of a video game. Overall it's OK but it could have been much better with some improvements to the mat. First, the mat is smooth so there is no way to tell where your feet are without constantly looking down to make sure they are on the right "keys". If some texture had been used it would work much better. Both my 4 and 7-year-old were unable to stay in place on the mat. The 7-year-old could look back and forth between the tv and mat to keep adjusted but the 4-year-old had a really hard time. Also, all of the games which involve sitting in the center of the mat and using your hands to hit the keys on the sides were frusterating as neither child could reach the keys well enough to hit them as hard as the mat required to register the hit. I think for these games the sensitivity needed to be turned up on the hit keys. Overall though, they both liked several of the games on there and are able to play them on easy level.
Amazing Wii game and lots of fun!!!!!!! January 6, 2009 Saw this game in a store and we decided to take the plunge. Good thing, too. From the moment we hooked up the mat and put in the disc, we have had nothing but fun. Whether kayaking, jump roping, or any of the other games, it really gets you moving. My 6 year old daughter even made the observation that this game will be a great way to get exercise inside when you can't be outside because of the cold. A nice component is that kids can compete against one another or do teamwork. That's a nice change - instead of fighting, my kids actually can work together to complete the challenge. All around a great program.
Great exercise game for young kids January 6, 2009 My daughter received this for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! There is a lot of movement and fun involved. She is very happy with it.
