This 10-Inch Sub Delivers 600 Watts of power. A polypropylene cone provides great rigidity, moisture resistance, and low distortion. A rubber surround backs it up, for years of performance without the corrosion that can affect foam surrounds. A 50 oz. magnet and heat-resistant Kapton voice coil drive things, for serious output.

Marine Ready

Polypropylene cones, rubber surrounds and heavy duty polymer based frames are completely moisture-proof, so a blast of salt water won't hurt these speakers. Furthermore, a protective coating blocks UV rays from the sun, to keep the sun from doing its damage. Boss Marine products are also constructed to resist the destructive effects of chlorine, so they also make a great choice for installs in spas and around swimming pools.

Ferrofluid Enhanced

Magnetic ferrofluid is utilized in this speaker's construction, between the magnet and voice coil, for added heat conductivity away from the voice coil itself. This allows the speaker to take much more power without damaging the voice coil.
